How do I create my account?

To register on AtelierKLE.fr, click on "Client" at the top right of the page, then choose "I create an account" and follow the instructions. If you have already subscribed to the newsletter or have already purchased in store, your email address is probably already in our database. Then activate your account by entering your email and clicking on "Forgotten password". An activation link will be sent to you by email to finalize the creation of your online account

Why create an account?

Your account allows you to place and track your orders, obtain your invoices, find your purchase history. If you are subscribed to our newsletter, you will also be able to manage your subscription preferences and access your purchases in store.

How do I find my email or password?

  • If you no longer remember the email used for your account, contact our Customer Service with your last order number.
  • If you have lost your password, click on "Forgotten password" in the "Customer" area, and follow the instructions sent by email to reset your password.

How do I change my login information?

To change your email or password, log in and click on the "pencil" icon in the "My profile" section. If you have any difficulty, contact our Customer Service.

Deleting your banking data

If your bank details are saved, you can delete them from the “My payment methods” section in your Customer area.

How do I delete my account?

If you wish to close your account, please contact our Customer Service. You will be asked to confirm by email and, for security reasons, proof of identity may be required.

How do I change my login information?

To change your email or password, log in and click on the "pencil" icon in the "My profile" section. If you have any difficulty, contact our Customer Service.

Unsubscribe

To unsubscribe from the newsletter, simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.

You no longer receive our newsletters?

First, check your spam or junk folder. Otherwise, the email address you registered may be incorrect. Contact our Customer Service to reactivate your subscriptions.

RETURN AND REFUND

Return policy

You have 15 days after receiving your order to return the items to us. A refund or exchange will be made according to the payment method used (credit card, PayPal or gift card).

Refund period

After validation of your return, the refund is made within 5 to 14 days. For any questions, contact us.

ORDER AND PAYMENT

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can reach us by email or phone, if we can act before shipping... we will.

Otherwise, once validated, your order cannot be modified or cancelled. If you change your mind, wait for delivery, then make a return request.

Available payment methods

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit cards, Apple Pay, and gift cards.

Payment Security

All payments are secure through our Shopify partner ShopPay, and your banking information is protected.

What should I do if my promo code doesn't work?

Promo codes are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined. Atelier KLE reserves the right to modify promotions without notice.

DELIVERY: Methods and Prices

Delivery methods and rates

  • Delivery to Relay Point: from €5 within 4 to 6 working days.
  • Standard home delivery: from 8 euros within 2 to 3 working days.

Tracking and Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking email will be sent to you to follow your package until it arrives.

Internationally?

Yes! With Mondial Relay or Crono2Shop, your packages arrive in 4 to 8 working days (after a preparation period of 2 to 3 days) in certain countries of the European Union: Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany and Austria.

Packages can also be shipped by Colissimo. International delivery costs start at 12 euros depending on the destination and the weight of the package.

DELIVERY: Tracking

Where is my package?

As soon as your package is picked up, you will receive an email from the carrier to track its journey in real time, from our warehouse to the delivery address.

If you have opted for in-store delivery, an email will inform you of its arrival. You will then have 10 to 30 days to come and collect it depending on the network that handled the package.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed before 11:00 p.m. are shipped the next business day. Depending on your delivery method, the package will arrive within 1 to 4 days after being picked up by the carrier.

During certain busy periods (sales, private sales, Black Friday, etc.), processing may take a little longer. We do everything we can to reduce these delays and thank you for your patience!

DELIVERY: At home

Can I change the shipping address?

Once your order has been validated, it is unfortunately not possible to change the delivery address.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

If you are not there, the Colissimo delivery person will come back the next day. If you are still not there, they can also leave the package with a neighbor or trusted caretaker.

After a second absence, the package will be dropped off at one of the post offices near you, where you can pick it up within 15 days with your ID. If the package is not picked up within this time, it will be returned to our warehouse for a refund.
